Every person has a dream, a dream to lead a life without any harm and in peace. However, the harsh reality is a pill hard to swallow. Our yearnings are far from the actual truth. We live in a world where it is completely unsafe to let our children wander in the streets by twilight. We live in a milieu where we constantly worry about the safety of our mothers and sisters. In times like these when our homes, our cities which are supposed to shelter us are becoming menacing, self-defence is the dire need of the hour.

Everyone has the strength within themselves for their own protection but it is the correct training that brings out their full potential. At Strike Self Defence we aim to bring out such hidden capabilities and train in such a way that one can defend themselves at times their safety is at stake. We strive to prove the connotation that people who are not physically well built will not be able to rescue themselves in times of danger false.

We instruct our participants in such a way that they will be able to protect themselves regardless of their physical strengths. At Strike Self Defence we prepare our trainees in such a manner that they attack assailants at crucial points by using the least power to completely decimate them. We turn women who are seen as “liability” and “fragile” into key assets who are able to deter tormentors and shield themselves. An attacker does not consider whether a person is physically disabled or not and in some instances rather than being supported, they face targeted harassment.

Thus we have expanded our horizon and taken a step farther to upskill such people so that they do not have to depend on someone else for their safety and impede any sort of assault towards them. Our combat readiness programme is based on various vital techniques such as Krav Maga, Silat, Wing Chun, Kali, Yoga and Meditation. Our self defense system prepares our trainees for the worst-case scenarios, boost their self-esteem and make them self reliant.
