What is Self Defense?

Self  defense is the way to protect yourself. Just by learning self defense you can protect yourself and others also. Self defense should be known by each and everyone but in today’s scenario, girls especially need it.

Self defense helps us to increase one’s confidence. The classes that I have attended so far were awesome and came to know many things and easy to use and learn techniques, about how to defend yourself.

Self defense made me a stronger person and a person who could try to do pushups! My physical strength has surely increased. I never imagined that I would ever be able to tackle dangerous situations and all thanks to STRIKE TEAM, excellent program, a must for every student.

I pay my sincerest gratitude to the team of self defense for making me and shaping me into a person that I was not.
